Ahh badminton training..Always the same:
PT 1st - Run track, sit ups push ups..
Footwork.. something like running round within the court.
Then finally we get to play..
So many pple so for badminton lo... sianED.. all courts full of pple.. some even played 6 vs 6..wth.. no room for movement at all!!
At the end of the day.. all muscles pain.. some cannot stop shivering.. lol
All i can think of now is food... =P ROTI PRATA for supper!!! yummy!! =D
