DISASTER IN LAB(S)
woke up at 5.30am.. n reached achool at 7.. -.-''' kao i dunno y i reach so early also.. I ONLY HAVE 5hrs 30mins of sleep for every night ok! not enough! sianz..
Studied abit of proteomic.. wanted to study BTN but can't find a right mood.. so... knocked out.. slept at the bench... till a lion roared n woke me up..
no choice la.. Timing for FYP also starting so have to do work liao.. But i was only 10% awake!
okok nvm..
Sub cultured cells.. lucky i remembered wad to thaw n get them all ready...
However i dunno y my mind was blank when i used the laminar flow.. i only knew tat my head hurts after knocking into the glass.. woke up instantly to find myself holding the pipette gun in one hand without the sterile pipette gun... the other hand was outside the laminar flow..
WAD WAS I DOING BEFORE TAT? I SERIOUSLY CAN'T RECALL!
apaladey.. so lucky tat i haven took the MCF cells flasks... see la so blur..
i haven told anyone abt this.. seems to be too embarrass n also it just slip my mind..
okok nvm.. sub culturing was done finally... i seem to be awake alright..
so went down to lvl 7 to find lionel.. XL n her project mates r there.. so u noe who le r..
i dunno who left pipette laying beside the sink with the tip sticking out..
i swing my lapcoat as i was very sianz.. trying to stretch my arms..
The next thing i noe is... 'Noooo' PIANG!
wth?!?!?! the pipette flew n landed at my feet... lionel gave me the 'we r doom' look.. i was stunned..
n HE made alot of noise as usual..
so clear up lo.. walau.. y liddat!
after tat, extraction of herbs r done.. n we got ourselves with 2 1-Litre bottles with ethanol..
went up to ask where can we keep them.. can reuse one lo.. dun waste.. =P
so ethanol was pour back into a big 'tank'.. i held up the 2 bottles n walk back to the lab.. lionel was joking abt me swinging my arms again n break the 1 litre bottles.. -.- I learn from lessons ok?
But then.. history repeated itself.. i asked lionel where he wanted to keep them as they still have some use for us.. he very troublesome man! oops.. :P later say lvl 7.. later say lvl 8.. so which one he wan? Zzzz..
asked him lo..
then i dunno y is he scratching his head.. n he put his hand down... the next thing i knew is.. 'wad the......' he hit the 1 litre bottle on my right hand... it flipped out of my hand... i tried to use my left hand to catch it.. but it's occupied with the other bottle.. the right hand was unfortunately frozened... O.o
the crash was thundering.. it even woke the pple sleeping in the lab.. but they look around n went back to sleep.. O_O like as if we were like invisible la!
i dunno wad to do! Y THE HELL LIONEL KNOCK IT OUT OF MY HAND?!?! Y?! WE WERE JUST JOKING ABT BREAKING THE BOTTLES LA!
walau... i dunno wad to say.. was pretty shakened throughuot the whole day.. it's not everyday u get to see a 1liter bottle shattering in front of u... =S
wad's more.. i got poke by a glass piece which went into my shoes.. wonder how it got there too..
n LIONEL! I FOUND ANOTHER ONE WHEN I GOT HOME! IT WAS STUCK TO MY SOCKS!
means got 2 pieces of glass went into the shoe? O.o How?? y so unlucky one!
anw.. something enlightens my day... thai, lionel n me went to watch Pirates of the Caribbean 3!
it was nice! i seriously dun mind watching it again! it simply rocks! haha! shouldn't say anything abt the movie here.. no spoilers! =D
okok it's late.. i think i'll need the wk ends to recover from my lack of sleep..
abit not possible leh.. Sat will be fully occupied by Badminton.. Sun.. have to do Work.. n revise for CT!..
oh well tat's life.. Live with it yimian!
